Brilliant Corners seeks a Chief Program Officer to lead the Housing Services Department across California, aligning strategy, performance, and resources with the organization's mission. You will oversee senior leaders, drive statewide program execution, and ensure high-quality services that advance Housing First and equity.

The role involves external representation to government agencies, funders, and healthcare partners, while shaping sustainable funding models and ensuring program innovation

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in human services, housing, homelessness, healthcare, or nonprofit leadership.
• Executive leadership experience with large, multi-region portfolios and senior leaders.
• Experience working with government agencies, healthcare systems, and funders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Brilliant Corners’ Housing Services Department across California.
• Lead the Deputy Chief Program Officers and senior leaders, ensuring clear roles and accountability.
• Oversee statewide quality assurance, program evaluation, policy development, and client participation to drive improvements.
• Guide design, development, and growth of programs and partnerships, ensuring alignment with mission and financial sustainability.
• Partner with Finance and other leaders to ensure budgets and funding streams support program success.
