Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years hotel/related experience, or 2-year degree with 3+ years, or 4-year degree with 2+ years.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Certified in HVAC, pool, electrical as required.
• Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure.
• Financial and arithmetic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Marvel: Keep every room and public space in tip-top shape—sparkling, shiny, and up to company standards.
• Team Captain: Lead, train, and schedule shifts for the engineering squad, inspiring top performance.
• Safety Superhero: Run fire safety inspections and drills to keep guests safe.
• Guest Service Star: Respond to maintenance requests to boost guest service scores.
• Property Guardian: Patrol grounds, handle Lost and Found, and keep the property pristine.
• Trusted Ambassador: Access sensitive areas and represent the company with trust and sound judgment.
