Job summary

Banner Health seeks a Chief Health Services Officer to direct the Insurance Division's health services operations, including utilization management, program development, and provider coordination. The candidate will lead in collaboration with the CMO and medical directors, oversee policy implementation, and ensure regulatory compliance across all health service units.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, healthcare or related field.
• Seven years of director level experience in healthcare management.
• Experience in Medicare/Medicaid managed care and utilization management is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads health services operations strategy and direction to improve financial and clinical outcomes.
• Oversees clinical care management programs including Maternal Child Health, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, and Utilization Review.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations across health service units.
