Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across functions to translate opportunities into growth plans.
• Define strategic priorities with ELT/SLT and allocate resources for initiatives.
• Evaluate growth opportunities using rigorous analysis of market, financials, and operations.
• Champion alignment across the organization and address barriers to execution.
