Complete Care, Inc. seeks an accomplished Chief Growth and Strategy Officer to lead the enterprise growth agenda in the healthcare sector.

This executive will align Business Development, Marketing, Brand, Communications, Digital Strategy, Market Intelligence, Public Relations, and Growth Strategy into one cohesive Growth Organization. The role partners with Operations and Executive Leadership to identify opportunities, expand referral networks, enhance brand reputation, and drive census growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum ten years of executive leadership experience.
• Healthcare or multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise growth initiatives across Business Development, Marketing, Brand, Communications, or Strategy.
• Experience integrating multiple functional teams under one strategic vision.
• Strong strategic planning, financial, organizational, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's enterprise growth strategy.
• Provide executive leadership for Business Development, Marketing, Brand, Communications, Digital Strategy, Market Intelligence, Public Relations, and Growth Strategy.
• Create and lead one integrated Growth organization with shared priorities, unified performance metrics, and accountability.
• Lead market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Evaluate new market opportunities, service line expansion, strategic partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
• Develop long-term enterprise growth strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
• Partner with Operations to develop market-specific growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations to remove barriers to census growth and align enterprise growth initiatives with operational execution.
• Oversee referral development, physician outreach, hospital relationships, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee branding, public relations, digital strategy, website, social media, and reputation management.
• Develop and maintain an executive growth scorecard measuring occupancy growth, referral conversion, marketing ROI, digital engagement, brand reputation, and pipeline development.
• Partner with Human Resources on recruitment marketing and employer branding.
• Identify emerging industry trends and evaluate innovative growth opportunities.
• Leverage technology, analytics, and AI to improve organizational growth and market competitiveness.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders.
• Represent Complete Care with industry partners and community organizations.
• Participate in executive leadership, operational, census, financial, and strategic planning meetings.
• Support executive leadership with special projects and enterprise initiatives.
