You will shape frameworks, talent, and methodologies to elevate strategy as a discipline within the agency network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or related field (not required).
• Approximately 12+ years of advertising/marketing experience.
• Proven ability to leverage AI/LLMs to drive efficiency and effectiveness in client work.

Responsabilidades

• Build scalable strategy offerings and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead connected growth strategy by uniting brand strategy, audience intelligence, media and creativity.
• Define growth audiences using audience intelligence and cultural insights.
• Advance intelligent creativity through scalable content systems and AI-enabled platforms.
• Drive measurement and effectiveness by linking creativity to business outcomes.
