Saatchi & Saatchi in New York City seeks a transformation strategy leader to shape the future of the practice. You will build scalable strategy offerings, define AI-enabled workflows, and unite specialists across business, creative and data to deliver growth.

You will mentor a high-performing team, translate data into actionable insight, and help set frameworks and methodologies that elevate the discipline across Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis Groupe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or related field preferred (not required).
• Approximately 12+ years of advertising/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Build Scalable Strategy Offerings & AI-Enabled Ways of Working

• Develop repeatable frameworks, methodologies, products and operating models that make strategic thinking more scalable, effective and impactful across clients and teams.
• Identify opportunities to programmatize and productize strategy, codifying best practices, creating reusable tools and building AI-enabled workflows that automate repetitive tasks while elevating human judgment, creativity and problem‑solving.
• Bridge brand strategy, audience intelligence, media, data and creativity to build integrated growth strategies that drive commercial impact. Apply proven principles of effectiveness while leveraging communications planning across PESO channels to create enduring mental availability, stronger customer connections and measurable growth.
• Leverage Connected Identity, audience intelligence and cultural insights to identify the audiences, behaviors, motivations and Category Entry Points that represent the greatest opportunities for growth.
• Translate data into human understanding, uncovering the tensions, needs and emerging behaviors that inspire stronger brand strategies, more relevant creative and more effective communications.
• Help define how audience data, media intelligence and AI can create a distinct creative advantage.
• Develop creative platforms designed as scalable systems capable that generate content, participation and personalization across channels, creators, communities and culture.
• Move clients from campaign thinking toward Intelligent Content ecosystems that deliver breakthrough performance, more efficient production and sustained brand growth.

Drive Measurement & Effectiveness

• Champion a culture of effectiveness by connecting creativity, communications and content performance to measurable business outcomes.
• Develop modern measurement frameworks and thought‑leadership that links brand building, communications planning and commercial impact, creating continuous learning loops that help clients optimize, adapt and grow.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: USD $180,215.00 – USD $299,637.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
