Mercola is seeking a Growth Lead to drive revenue across our supplement line and at-home lab tests. You will own acquisition, optimize CAC, and manage performance agencies to deliver measurable revenue growth.

You will oversee new launches, partnerships, and cross-channel spend while building a high-performing team for long-term profitability. This remote, full-time role offers equity of impact and competitive pay.

Qualificações

• Proven track record growing a direct-to-consumer health or supplement business.
• Demonstrated ability to reduce customer acquisition cost while scalei ng customer volume.
• Experience managing performance agencies against business results.
• Direct accountability for acquisition and revenue outcomes.
• Documented results with specific numbers: customers acquired, revenue growth, CAC, repeat purchase performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue outcomes for the existing supplement line and at-home lab tests.
• Lead new supplement launches from go-to-market planning through sustained sales.
• Increase new customers, active buyers, repeat purchases, and reorder rates.
• Run paid acquisition through Hawke Media, set targets, review results weekly, and hold the agency accountable for CAC and revenue.
• Reallocate channel spend based on measured return and growth efficiency.
• Turn partnerships into measurable sources of customers and product revenue.
• Monitor commercial performance and improve acquisition cost while scaling volume profitably.
• Collaborate across acquisition, agencies, and partnerships before building a team.
