Job summary

BHcare Inc. seeks a strategic Chief Business Development Officer to join our executive leadership. This role drives growth by advancing partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening community relationships to support long-term sustainability.

Reporting to the President/CEO, the CBDO leads development, marketing, communications, grants, and community engagement, partnering with leaders and external partners to translate strategy into impactful programs and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, public health, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading business development, strategic partnerships, organizational growth, fundraising, marketing, communications, or related functions.
• Nonprofit or healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth and business development initiatives aligned with BHcare’s mission and long-term goals.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for service expansion, partnerships, affiliations, and revenue diversification.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders, community partners, healthcare providers, referral sources, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic direction for development, marketing, communications, grants, and community engagement.
• Partner with leadership to assess market opportunities, develop business plans, and implement approved initiatives.
