MTM, Inc. is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the company’s commercial strategy across government and managed care markets, driving growth, strategic partnerships, and differentiated solutions that deliver measurable value.

The CCO will unite market needs with organizational capabilities, guiding client relationships and scalable initiatives. The role requires senior leadership experience with complex contract negotiations, multi-market P&L oversight, and a passion for community

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Marketing and Business Development.
• Experience leading proposals and complex multi-year contracts in healthcare/government services.
• Strong financial acumen; ability to evaluate pricing, margins, and ROI.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy focusing on growth across government and managed care markets.
• Provide executive leadership for complex procurement opportunities, including RFPs and rebids.
• Develop trusted relationships with government leaders, health plans, community organizations, providers, and stakeholders.
• Translate client needs into innovative, scalable solutions while balancing customization and enterprise strategy.
• Lead negotiations for significant new and existing client contracts and shape commercial structures.
• Oversee P&L, revenue, margin, cash flow, and ROI across multiple markets.
• Lead the commercial functions and drive growth, client relationships, market strategy, and brand positioning.
