Zusammenfassung

MTM, Inc. seeks a Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial strategy across government and managed care markets.

You will identify growth opportunities, develop procurement strategies, negotiate complex contracts, and build partnerships that deliver measurable value to clients and communities served by MTM. You will align market opportunities with organizational capabilities, drive sustainable growth, and strengthen client and community relationships as a member of the executive leadership

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional experience in marketing and business development supporting proposal/document management.
• Significant executive leadership experience in healthcare, government services, managed care, transportation, or similar regulated sectors.
• Experience building relationships with senior government officials, health plan executives, community organizations, and external stakeholders.
• Experience negotiating large, complex, multi-year contracts.
• Strong financial acumen, pricing, margins, investments, and long-term economics.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for government, managed care, and strategic markets.
• Provide executive leadership for complex procurement opportunities, including RFPs, rebids, expansions, and negotiations.
• Build trusted relationships with government leaders, health plans, community organizations, providers, and stakeholders.
• Translate client and market needs into differentiated, scalable solutions.
• Lead negotiations for significant client contracts while balancing risk and financial return.
• Oversee revenue, margin, cash flow, and ROI within a growing multi-market P&L.
• Direct the organization’s commercial functions and align market strategy with brand positioning.
