Job summary

Stream-Flo Group, Houston-based, seeks a senior executive to define and lead the vision for Stream-Flo USA, owning revenue and P&L accountability, and directing multi-site manufacturing, quality, and purchasing functions.

The role requires deep experience in strategic management, risk assessment, and capital allocation to drive top-line growth and margin improvement while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven executive-level general management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience owning revenue and P&L responsibilities at an enterprise level.
• Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape for oil & gas products and services.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision, long-term strategic plans, and annual objectives for Stream-Flo USA.
• Own full revenue and P&L accountability for Stream-Flo USA operations.
• Lead strategic management planning, including multi-year growth roadmaps and capital allocation.
• Develop and implement the operations plan, overseeing quality, manufacturing, and purchasing across US sites.
• Establish and lead enterprise risk management for US operations with controls and contingency planning.
• Recommend strategies for growth, differentiation, and long-term value creation.
• Identify priorities, delegate, monitor performance, and coach the leadership team to meet goals.
• Establish a competitive advantage in cost, delivery, and quality.
• Advise the Senior Management Team on financial performance, risk, and market opportunities.
