Job summary

Stream-Flo USA is seeking an accomplished senior executive to define and drive the vision, strategic plans, and annual goals for the US operations. You will own revenue and P&L, shape multi-year growth roadmaps, and oversee manufacturing, quality, and purchasing across all US sites.

The role requires strong risk management, deep industry knowledge in US oil and gas, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Executive-level management experience in manufacturing with direct P&L ownership.
• Business or engineering degree with advanced business qualification preferred.
• Deep understanding of the US oil and gas industry and market dynamics.
• Strong strategic planning and long-range growth execution skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risk at enterprise scale.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to inform senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead vision, long-term strategic plans, and annual objectives for Stream-Flo USA.
• Own revenue and P&L accountability for Stream-Flo USA operations, delivering profit targets.
• Lead multi-year growth roadmaps, capital allocation, and market positioning.
• Oversee operations plan including quality, manufacturing, and purchasing across US sites.
• Establish risk management framework and internal controls for US operations.
• Drive cost reduction, lean manufacturing, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Coach and direct the leadership team to meet financial objectives.
• Maintain positive executive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide executive leadership to foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
