Qualifications

• BA required; MA/MS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in nonprofit development/advancement.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and donor relations.
• Grant management, fundraising and program/project oversight.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and donor software; Microsoft 365.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license; background checks.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities
