Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Five or more years in nonprofit fundraising, development, or donor relations with success achieving goals.
  • Experience developing fundraising strategies and managing campaigns and events.
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership, boards, and community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate a comprehensive annual development plan aligned with priorities and fundraising goals.
  • Establish annual fundraising goals, KPIs, and monitor progress.
  • Expand giving across individuals, major gifts, corporate partnerships, foundations, bequests, and grants.
  • Cultivate and steward donors, sponsors, and community partners.
  • Oversee donor database, gift recording, and acknowledgments.
  • Lead planning and execution of fundraising events, including a signature walk.
  • Supervise development staff, consultants, and volunteers.
