Job summary

Feeld is seeking a VP of Growth to lead a fully remote team, owning growth across performance marketing, lifecycle, and CRM. You will build a sustainable, compounding growth system that strengthens the network, brand, and member experience.

You will operate at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, aligning acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention into a cohesive loop. You’ll lead with analytics and intuition to drive long‑term value while protecting brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading growth for consumer businesses with performance marketing and lifecycle experience.
• Proven success in DTC or subscription models with strong LTV and retention insight.
• Able to plan strategically and execute hands-on in fast-moving environments.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to move across ambiguity with action.
• Excellent cross-functional communicator aligning marketing, product and data.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead growth strategy across performance marketing and lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end performance marketing ecosystem: strategy, structure, budgets, scaling.
• Drive a rigorous experimentation roadmap across channels, creatives and journeys.
• Audit channels, identify inefficiencies, incubate new channels via testing.
• Design lifecycle and performance systems with seamless handoffs across stages.
• Partner with Product to unlock growth through onboarding and engagement loops.
• Drive referral and network effects initiatives to compound growth.
• Establish measurement frameworks balancing incrementality, LTV and brand signals.
• Build and lead a high-performing growth team across functions.
• Champion brand within growth, maintaining integrity of member experience.
