Job summary

Mariner Finance in Baltimore seeks a senior Marketing leader to shape growth strategy across channels, analytics, and technology. You will own growth marketing, marketing technology, customer data, lifecycle engagement, and partnering with Risk, Finance, Operations, Product, Legal, and Compliance.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, incl. growth, performance, and analytics.
7+ years of leadership experience managing large teams or functions.
Significant senior leadership in a data-driven B2C environment; financial services or fintech preferred.

Responsibilities

Shape the strategic direction for Mariner’s Marketing function and growth initiatives.
Own growth marketing strategy, technology, and annual marketing investment with accountability for outcomes.
Oversee teams in growth marketing, data, analytics, and marketing tech; ensure alignment with business objectives.
Optimize spend across channels based on incremental return, CAC, and lifetime value.
Lead measurement, experimentation, attribution, segmentation, forecasting, and marketing mix modeling.
