Baskervill seeks a strategic Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing and business development across offices. You’ll shape brand, client relationships, and growth, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with practice leaders.

This senior role drives integrated marketing, communications, and market intelligence, with accountability for budgets, teams, and performance metrics to fuel growth and market presence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications or business development.
• 12-15+ years of progressively responsible leadership in marketing or growth.
• Professional services experience, ideally in architecture/engineering/design.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams and managing budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead firmwide growth strategy and annual marketing and BD planning.
• Oversee brand governance, activation, and ongoing strategy initiatives.
• Direct integrated communications across PR, digital marketing, thought leadership.
• Coordinate BD approach, client relationships, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Advise the CEO and leadership on market positioning and growth opportunities.
• Develop a high-performing marketing and BD team with clear roles and budgets.
• Monitor market intelligence, CRM, analytics, and performance metrics.
