Melink Solar, a nationally recognized leader in commercial solar EPC services, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects from concept to completion. You will oversee complex installations, mentor teams, and drive execution excellence across budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to balance operational detail with strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience in solar, EPC, or construction.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience.
• NABCEP certification highly preferred.
• Electrical or engineering background preferred.
• Experience managing large rooftop, carport, and ground-mount solar projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple solar projects from concept to completion, aligning with company goals and client expectations.
• Develop budgets and schedules, lead kickoffs, risk assessments, and cost forecasting.
• Mentor Project Managers and promote continuous improvement and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and field teams to solve complex technical challenges and stay current with industry trends.
