Job summary

Easterseals NH seeks an accomplished Vice President, Governance, Risk & Compliance to establish and mature an enterprise GRC program across a complex organization. You will set the strategy, lead governance structures and drive risk and compliance performance for executive leadership and the Board.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, Quality and program operations to embed a culture of risk awareness while tracking metrics and ensuring alignment with COSO ERM and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years in compliance, ERM, governance, or related disciplines with leadership.
• Experience designing or maturing enterprise GRC programs.
• Strong ability to communicate with executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the enterprise GRC framework and roadmap.
• Define roles, committees, and escalation paths for governance.
• Lead risk assessments and maintain an enterprise risk register.
• Oversee compliance programs across legal, regulatory, privacy and contracts.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, audits and remediation tracking.
• Prepare concise enterprise risk and compliance reports for the Board.
