Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance to own and evolve an internal GRC program and managed services for clients. The role blends executive advisory work with hands-on delivery, requiring collaboration with CISOs, auditors, engineers and control owners.

You will lead federal compliance activities, including SSPs, POA&Ms, remediation and responses to findings, while guiding risk assessments and audits across NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity, GRC, risk, audit or related field expertise.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into security controls.
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2, NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CMMC.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the internal GRC program and managed services.
• Lead risk and control assessments, policy governance, and audits.
• Coordinate with engineers and clients to validate security controls.
• Manage federal security requirements including SSPs, POA&Ms and remediation.
• Drive automation and AI to improve GRC delivery and scalability.
• Mentor GRC Analysts and foster scalable processes.
