Job summary

Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club in Boca Raton, FL seeks an accomplished golf course maintenance executive to lead care, improvement, and long-range management of the Club’s golf course and grounds. The successful candidate will combine agronomic expertise with executive leadership, construction and renovation experience, disciplined budgeting, and clear communication with Club leadership and committees.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of agronomy, turfgrass management for greens, tees, fairways, roughs and bunkers.
• Experience leading senior golf course maintenance teams and capital projects.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent with pesticide licensing and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary golf course playing conditions and high standards across grounds and landscaping.
• Lead superintendents, assistants, and maintenance staff with focus on safety and performance.
• Plan and manage annual operating and capital budgets for golf course maintenance and landscaping.
• Collaborate with General Manager and committees on maintenance standards, renovations, and long‑range priorities.
