Job summary

Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club seeks an accomplished golf course maintenance executive to lead care, improvement, and long‑range management of the Club’s grounds and equipment. The successful candidate combines agronomic mastery with executive leadership, construction and renovation expertise, and disciplined financial management.

The role requires close collaboration with the General Manager, Golf & Green Committee, and other stakeholders to plan and execute maintenance standards,

Qualifications

• Senior or executive golf course maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Turf Management, or related field (or equivalent combination).
• Certified and licensed in Restricted Use pesticide usage (or obtain within 90 days).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary golf course playing conditions and high standards across all Club grounds.
• Lead, develop, motivate, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Oversee maintenance, renovation, and capital projects with tight cost control.
• Prepare annual operating and capital budgets for course maintenance and landscaping.
• Coordinate with Club leadership and committees on standards and long‑range plans.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and professional communication with stakeholders.
