Job summary

CoinPoker is hiring a Head of Game Security to protect game integrity on its crypto-poker platform. You will be the single point of contact for every game and general security tech requirement, own the security tech roadmap, and lead the Game Security team.

You will turn emerging poker fraud trends into detection priorities and drive end-to-end workflows from triage to sanctions, while coordinating with product, payments, and other teams. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in game integrity, fraud, or trust and safety.
• At least 2 years leading a team.
• Online poker or real-money gaming experience preferred.
• Strong technical depth: SQL and basic Python.
• Hands‑on knowledge of RTA/solver, bots, collusion, and multi‑accounting.
• Track record of owning a tech roadmap and measuring results.
• Investigative judgment with solid written evidence for appeals.

Responsibilities

• Own the security tech roadmap and act as SPOC for game and security tech.
• Lead the Game Security team and triage investigations end to end.
• Prioritize detection of RTA, bots, collusion, account takeover and abuse.
• Write requirements, sign off releases, and measure tool impact.
• Lead build-versus-buy decisions on vendors and data sources.
• Coordinate threat handling with PRM, Payments, BI, and Support.
