Job summary

Unchain Data is seeking a Fraud & Risk Manager to own the fraud prevention strategy and implementation at our online crypto casino. You will lead detection, investigation, and controls to minimize losses while protecting players' experience.

The role offers fully remote work with real ownership and impact across payments, compliance, and marketing, shaping our fraud and risk function as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in a fraud and risk role at an online crypto casino
• Proven experience identifying bonus abuse, linked accounts, payment fraud and chargebacks
• Confident using fraud tools, device fingerprinting and player transaction data
• Strong investigative skills and sound judgement when handling suspicious activity
• Able to independently manage cases and take ownership of fraud processes
• Experience with crypto casinos and crypto payments is essential
• Able to provide mathematical models to challenge the casino, casino games, and marketing campaigns to minimise fraud

Responsibilities

• Detect and investigate bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud and suspicious player activity
• Review flagged accounts, transactions and withdrawals
• Develop fraud detection rules and controls to reduce losses while protecting the experience of legitimate players
• Work with payments, compliance and customer support to resolve cases and report emerging risks
• Work closely with the marketing team to approve reward and bonus schemes to ensure the risk of being gamed is mitigated at all times
