Job summary

InterGame Ltd is seeking a Head of Fraud to lead its fraud, KYC, AML and Responsible Gambling functions in a fully remote role. The position requires hands-on leadership with a strong track record in crypto-native gaming environments.

You will build and manage the Fraud team, set strategy for detection and investigation, oversee crypto transactions and KYC/AML controls, and partner with senior leadership to drive risk-aware product decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in fraud leadership, ideally within iGaming, crypto or fintech.
• Strong, genuine understanding of crypto.
• Proven experience leading fraud detection, prevention and investigations.
• Good knowledge of KYC, AML and Responsible Gambling.
• Commercially minded and able to partner with senior leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall fraud prevention, detection and investigation strategy.
• Monitor and manage risks.
• Oversee crypto transactions, withdrawals, wallets.
• Lead risk-based KYC and support the AML framework alongside the MLRO.
• Oversee Responsible Gambling controls and intervention processes.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, VIP and Customer Support.
• Build, manage and develop the Fraud team.
