Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience
• At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination
• At least 4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
• At least 3 years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic thinking to support the business in prioritization and funding decisions
• Tell the story of financial results and forecasts within business priorities
• Articulate outcomes of analysis with insights and recommendations
• Partner with finance and business leadership to assess financial implications of ongoing efforts
• Communicate analytic insights to senior leadership with impact
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports
