Job summary

Rackspace Technology seeks a senior FP&A executive to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to shape financial strategy, deliver actionable insights, and provide board-ready reporting.

You will also own Investor Relations activities and coordinate earnings communications, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear visibility into risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadership within a large organization.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and Boards through planning and forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead all FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions and scenario planning.
• Provide actionable recommendations and executive reporting to CFO, CEO and Board.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
• Support M&A evaluations and capital allocation decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to enable data-driven decision making and investor communications.
