Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Enterprise Leadership

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, aligning long‑term planning with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and board on performance, capital allocation, and enterprise decision‑making.
• Support evaluation of strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
• Own financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and performance management across the organization.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with public company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls, governance, and risk management practices.
• Lead external audit processes and oversee tax and compliance activities.

Capital Structure, Treasury & Cash Management

• Oversee treasury operations, liquidity planning, and working capital management.
• Manage banking relationships and financing structures.
• Monitor and mitigate financial risk, including foreign exchange and interest exposure.

Investor & Board Engagement

• Act as a key partner in investor communications and market‑facing financial storytelling.
• Support earnings preparation, investor materials, and engagement with analysts and shareholders.
• Serve as a primary finance liaison to the board and audit committee.

Finance Operations, Systems & Automation

• Drive efficiency and scalability across finance operations through process improvement and system modernization.
• Oversee financial systems, tools, and data to improve insight, accuracy, and speed.
• Evaluate cost structure and identify opportunities to improve operating leverage.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing global finance organization.
• Establish clear expectations, accountability, and development pathways across teams.
