Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial strategy, capital allocation, and long‑range planning.
• Translate business objectives into clear financial plans that support growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial insight to inform pricing, product mix, investment decisions, and expansion initiatives.

Financial Operations & Governance

• Oversee all core finance functions, including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and strong governance practices.
• Strengthen financial rigor and transparency while supporting a long‑term ownership mindset.

Operational & Cost Finance

• Partner closely with operations leaders to support site‑level performance and productivity initiatives.
• Lead cost management, cost accounting, inventory, and working capital optimization across a complex operating environment.
• Support capital planning and evaluation for equipment, facilities, automation, and innovation initiatives.

Systems, Process & Scale

• Modernize finance capabilities through improved systems, data, analytics, and automation.
• Enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and decision support across the enterprise.
• Build scalable processes that support growth without sacrificing control or visibility.
• Manage banking relationships, financing structures, and liquidity planning.
• Oversee risk management, insurance, and compliance activities.
• Support governance needs with disciplined reporting and thoughtful stewardship.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing finance organization.
