Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head of Strategic Fundraising

Location: Remote (Global)

Reports to: CEO

Stage: Currently in IPO process (SEC registration filed and public)

We are seeking a capital markets-savvy finance leader or strategic fundraising executive who can guide our financing strategy post-IPO and help us secure the capital necessary to scale globally.

Ideal Background (any one of the following):

• Former CFO / VP Finance / Head of IR at a listed company, with direct experience leading fundraising initiatives
• Senior-level background at a top-tier investment bank or financial advisory firm (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Jefferies), with hands-on experience in IPO, PIPE, SPAC or secondary offerings
• Former partner or senior executive at a major venture capital fund (e.g., SoftBank, Sequoia, a16z, GGV, Lightspeed, Huaxing Capital), with 10+ years of relationship-driven experience in the VC/PE ecosystem
• Able to craft and evolve our “capital story” to suit different investor profiles and fundraising phases (Growth Equity, Crossover, VC, Hedge Funds)
• Brings direct access to top-tier institutional investors and partners (preferably GP-level)
• Familiar with the mechanics of IPO, PIPE, SPAC, post-IPO fundraising, and long-term investor relations (IR)
• Define and refine capital raising strategies, valuation expectations, and financial structures
• Lead post-IPO capital raising efforts (1st year: $100M, 2nd year: $200–300M)
• Collaborate with founders on investor materials (decks, forecasts, valuations)
• Personally lead or support CEO in investor roadshows, negotiations, and term sheet design
• Manage ongoing investor relationships and multi-round fundraising planning

You Should Have:

• Strong deal execution capabilities and storytelling skills for capital markets
• A proven reputation within the VC/PE community or public markets
• Fluent English communication; ability to engage with major U.S. institutional investors
• Open to all geographies (remote work supported)
• Successfully led fundraising rounds of $100M+
• Direct access to funds such as SoftBank, GIC, Temasek, Tiger Global, Coatue
• Familiarity with PIPE/SPAC structures and secondary offerings
• IR leadership experience at a U.S. public company
