Prospera Executive is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a multi-site healthcare business recently backed by a prominent private equity investor. This pivotal role involves leading finance transformation, strategic initiatives, M&A execution, and performance optimization across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and lead a best-in-class finance function across multiple sites.
2. Oversee financial planning, reporting, controls, and compliance.
3. Lead financial aspects of acquisitions and integrations.
4. Develop performance metrics and reporting dashboards.
5. Support data-driven decision-making with strategic insights.
