NU Advisory Partners has been retained to lead the search for a Chief Financial Officer for a private equity-backed, multi-site services company. This leader will own the full finance function and partner closely with the CEO and investors on an ambitious growth plan driven by acquisitions and new market expansion, with a clear path to a future liquidity event.

The role suits a proactive, operationally minded CFO who is as effective in the field with operators as in the boardroom.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO with PE-backed multi-location experience.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Experience with joint ventures or partnership structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and sponsor on value creation.
• Lead financial strategy, planning and performance management.
• Improve quality and speed of financial reporting.
• Build forecasting models linked to revenue/EBITDA drivers.
• Develop KPI dashboards linking finances to site operations.
• Oversee budgeting and long-range planning.
• Drive add-on acquisition program financials and integration.
• Manage cash, leverage, and capital allocation.
• Lead FP&A, accounting, and financial operations teams.
• Communicate wins and concerns clearly to leadership and investors.
