This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, public-company-experienced CFO to lead the financial strategy and operations of a public renewable energy company. The business is driving the future of sustainable infrastructure with advanced clean energy solutions and innovative financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of corporate finance, including accounting, FP&A, and treasury.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting across the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, optimize profitability, and secure funding.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and renewable energy industry standards.
• Drive capital-raising initiatives and manage relationships with investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Support the CEO and executive team on corporate strategy, investment evaluation, and operational scaling.
• Implement process improvements and automation to increase financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor high-performing finance teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a public-company CFO, ideally in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record in capital raising, investor relations, M&A, and project financing.
• Strong background in financial modelling, capital markets, and corporate governance.
• CPA strongly preferred; CFA or MBA is a plus.
