Aerostar Manufacturing seeks a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team. The CFO will partner with the CEO to shape financial strategy, drive organic growth, and lead M&A initiatives.

Experience in automotive, aerospace, or medical manufacturing is preferred, with strong negotiation and leadership capabilities. Based at the Michigan headquarters, the role emphasizes cost control, pricing strategy, and building a high-performing finance team to enable scalable growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 10 years of senior financial leadership experience.
• Manufacturing background in automotive, aerospace, or medical preferred.
• Proven experience in negotiation, M&A, and growth strategy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance.
• Drive organic growth through margin improvement, cost control, and pricing strategy.
