An established, privately held global manufacturing company is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to partner directly with its incoming CEO and help lead the organization through an ambitious period of international growth and business diversification.

The Executive We're Seeking
We are looking for a proven global manufacturing finance executive with exceptional business judgment, strategic vision and a demonstrated record of financial growth and success.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including significant senior financial executive responsibilities.
- Substantial manufacturing experience, preferably across multiple industries. A combination of automotive and non-automotive manufacturing experience is particularly attractive.
- Demonstrated experience directly managing international teams, with an understanding of cultural differences and the complexities of leading people across countries.
- A strong strategic FP&A background, with demonstrated success using financial analysis to influence corporate strategy, profitability and investment decisions.
- Meaningful experience evaluating acquisitions, including front-end financial analysis, valuation and strategic investment decisions.
- Experience presenting to or advising a Board of Directors.
- A demonstrated track record of financial growth, business performance improvement and successful strategic execution.
- Strong commercial judgment, adaptability and the ability to solve complex business problems beyond the traditional finance function.
A practical understanding of international transfer pricing is a significant advantage.

Compensation, Location & Travel
- Potential Total Cash Compensation: Approximately $750,000–$1+ million, based on historical profit-sharing payouts; actual compensation will depend on company performance and applicable plan terms.
- Location: Northern Detroit Metropolitan Area, Michigan.
- Relocation: National search; relocation considered. Candidates must be willing to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the corporate offices.
- Travel: Approximately six weeks of international travel annually, plus board meetings and other business travel.
