Job summary

• SVP of Finance, divisional CFO, or strong #2 ready for the top seat.
• Background in home services, roofing, HVAC, or facilities services.
• PE-backed operating experience in multi-site services.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting and operating-KPI discipline.
• Exposure to preparing a business for sale or PE exit.

Job description

We are partnering with a fast-scaling home services company that is seeking a hands-on CFO to help drive the next phase of expansion. This is a highly visible leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with investors to scale a multi-location business through a combination of organic growth, operational improvement, and acquisitions. The CFO will lead all aspects of finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, M&A integration, commercial finance, and strategic planning. This individual is expected to build finance infrastructure, improve KPI visibility, and serve as a true business partner to both operations and the executive team.
