Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a well-established NYC nonprofit. The CFO will report to the President/CEO, oversee all financial operations, lead the Finance team, and act as the primary financial liaison to the Board.

The role requires 10+ years of senior financial leadership, strong experience with government contracts and grants, and a track record of managing audits and Board-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
• Strong background with government contracts, grants, and restricted funding.
• Experience managing annual audits and Board-level reporting.
