Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced designation strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with senior-level responsibilities.
• Experience in specialty finance, fintech, or related lending environments.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead capital markets, funding, liquidity management, and lender relationships.
• Oversee portfolio analytics, financial performance monitoring, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Direct accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, and financial controls.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities, investments, and operational initiatives.
• Establish and maintain risk management frameworks to support sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.
• Present financial performance, strategic initiatives, and key metrics to leadership, investors, lenders, and board stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and scalable financial infrastructure.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth initiatives.

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level management responsibilities.
• Experience within one or more of the following sectors:
• Specialty Finance
• FinTech
• Warehouse Lending
• Demonstrated experience managing banking, capital provider, investor, and lender relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, liquidity management, and performance measurement.
• Proven track record of partnering with executive teams to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Experience presenting to boards of directors, investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills with the ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams.
