A.Y. McDonald Industries is seeking a senior financial leader to drive strategy, planning, and performance across multiple subsidiaries. You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to deliver insightful analyses, robust budgeting, and optimal capital management.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing finance, governance, and enterprise systems, with a track record of leading finance talent and integrating processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; master's preferred.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in multi-company or multi-location manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change and improving processes with enterprise systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with CFO and senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.
• Provide timely financial insight to presidents and leaders including profitability, pricing, costs, and working capital.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Oversee consolidation, internal controls, external audit, and compliance.
