A.Y. McDonald Industries seeks a senior finance leader to partner with executive management, drive strategic financial planning, and oversee multi-site financial operations in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in finance or accounting, including FP&A, treasury, and internal controls, with experience in M&A, due diligence, and integration. CPA/CMA or equivalent is preferred, along with strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; master's preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with leadership responsibility; multi-company manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury, tax, operational finance, and capital investment analysis.
• Experience leading organizational change and developing finance talent; proficiency with enterprise systems and analytical tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support long-term objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, internal controls, and external audits.
• Manage cash forecasting, liquidity, tax planning, and risk management.
• Partner with operations, sales, and engineering to improve cost visibility and margins.
• Lead talent development and build succession within the finance organization.
