Qualificações

• Financial planning, forecasting, and rapid modeling expertise.
• Experience leading HR for faculty and staff, including compensation and clinical practice plans.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed, multi-unit organization with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the School's chief financial strategist, responsible for long-range financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Lead development and oversight of the School's multi-source, multimillion-dollar budget, including tuition-based, clinical, research, and philanthropic revenue streams.
• Maintain accountability for the School's finance function through senior finance leaders, ensuring alignment between financial strategy, operational execution, and institutional priorities.
• Conduct advanced financial modeling and stress-testing of assumptions to inform executive decision-making and strategic investments.
• Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators and advise the Dean on financial risks and opportunities.
• Provide financial oversight related to development and maintenance of clinical practice plans and enterprise financial frameworks.
• Drive a culture of financial stewardship and data-informed decision-making across the School.
