Job summary

University of California, Davis – Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing seeks an Executive Director of Accreditation and Evaluation to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and operational management for accreditation readiness, educational effectiveness, and CQI across all nursing programs.

Reporting to the Associate Dean, the role ensures compliance with national and state standards while advancing a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive leadership experience in higher education administration, accreditation, educational assessment, or related fields.
• Significant experience supervising professional staff and managers, including planning, performance management, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for accreditation readiness, educational effectiveness, and CQI across the School.
• Oversee accreditation planning, institutional reporting, curriculum and programmatic changes to ensure compliance.
• Direct educational quality initiatives and evaluation of outcomes across all programs.
• Serve as the senior authority on accreditation, educational quality, and evidence-based program evaluation.
