igus Bearings, Inc. in Rumford, RI seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead all finance functions, including accounting, tax, audits, treasury, and reporting. The role partners with the CEO and Leadership Team to translate data into actionable strategy.

You will drive long-range planning, governance, and a high-performing finance organization, leveraging BI, ERP, and AI to enhance enterprise decisions. Domestic and international responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading multi-functional finance organizations.
• Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, distribution, or related industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting high-growth and globally connected organizations preferred.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership and business partnership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic financial advisor to President & CEO and Leadership Team.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Evaluate investments, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Technology to boost performance.
• Deliver timely financial reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and insights.
