Job summary

igus, Inc. in Rumford, RI seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead all finance functions and drive strategic growth. This on-site role reports to the North America CEO and partners with leaders to improve performance and governance.

As a hands-on executive, you will oversee accounting, tax, audit, treasury, and data governance while building a high-performing team and guiding long-term capital strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• CPA/CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions including accounting, tax, and treasury.
• Provide strategic financial leadership and risk management.
• Deliver timely reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Oversee internal controls and governance.
• Drive cost optimization, pricing, and capital planning.
