Northwest Partners is partnering with an established, technology-driven manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Vice President of Finance. This executive leadership role shapes the company's financial strategy, drives operational performance, and ensures sound financial governance across the business.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the Vice President of Finance oversees all aspects of financial planning, reporting, forecasting, compliance, and capital strategy

Qualifications

• Proven executive-level finance leadership in a regulated environment (manufacturing/defense).
• Experience partnering with C-suite to influence business strategy and financial performance.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insight for strategic planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance measurement.
