Job summary

Tilt Rips is seeking an SVP of Finance to lead the financial vision for a fast-growing digital collectibles platform, working directly with the CEO. You will own strategy, planning, accounting, treasury, and the finance team, building systems to scale with rising transaction volume.

The role focuses on capital allocation, performance measurement, and cash and inventory management, partnering with product, operations, growth, and legal to drive profitability and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership roles.
• Experience building scale in high-growth consumer tech, marketplaces, or ecommerce.
• Strong command of US GAAP, planning, cash management, and unit economics.
• Experience with complex transaction flows, payments, inventory, and customer balances.
• Excellent modeling, analytical judgment, and ability to turn data into recommendations.
• Proven track record hiring and developing teams and partnering with CEOs.

Responsibilities

• Own financial strategy, planning, accounting, treasury, and operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning with business partners.
• Model product profitability by pack and category; manage buybacks and promotions.
• Oversee cash forecasting, banking relations, and treasury controls.
• Ensure timely close, policy setting, and governance with external advisers.
• Build finance organization and systems, including reporting to board.
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic transactions.
