Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a Vice President of Federal Growth and Strategy to lead the growth organization for the Mission & Technology group, supporting the DoW and federal civilian agencies across a ~$160M revenue portfolio.

You will own the full growth lifecycle, shaping requirements and the win strategy, while building a repeatable, scalable approach that integrates AI-enabled tools for sharper capture and proposal execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of federal business development and growth experience.
• 8+ years leading growth organizations with direct reports.
• Experience with DoW and federal civilian portfolios.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the M&T growth strategy: target agencies, mission areas, and tech domains.
• Maintain a pipeline at ~6x revenue (~$1B) with disciplined hygiene and gating.
• Lead and develop the inherited growth organization and resources.
• Personally lead capture on must-win and franchise pursuits from identification to award.
• Bring AI-enabled growth tooling and workflows into production.
