Job summary

The incumbent will direct a multidisciplinary team, manage vendor relationships, and drive capital planning, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making to sustain high-quality, compliant properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in facilities/related field.
• 7–10 years in facilities or property management.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or director role overseeing multi-site operations.
• FDNY S12–S15 license/certification within 6 months of employment.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• CFM/FMP/SFP certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive facilities management strategy for the portfolio.
• Lead maintenance, capital projects, and safety programs across properties.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and contractor selection with cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with FDNY, DOB, DEP, OSHA, HPD and related regulations.
• Manage vendor contracts and performance against SLAs and procurement policies.
• Oversee facilities technology adoption (Yardi, MIQ, Jack Jaffa) and reporting.
• Lead staff development and present operational metrics to leadership.
