• Earn credibility quickly, honor momentum of current initiatives, and provide exceptional judgment in a politically complex environment.
• Sharpen the organization’s theory of change as it approaches the next planning cycle and strengthen trust-based internal management and governance practices.
• Work closely with Board-level structures that support governance and fiduciary oversight, and represent regional voices across the state.
